There are eleven tempting treats of European Sausages including Bratwursts, Bockwursts, Frankfurters, Chorizos & Munich Weisswurst infused with authentic herbs and spices, sizzling with European flavours.
The Secret Ingredient
Stephan Ferdinand, Executive Chef from Germany, was instrumental in launching some of Europe's finest sausages and cold cuts to the local market. As Production Manager of Cargills Quality Foods at Ja-Ela, Stefan spends time innovating and customising new products to suit and delight the customer, whilst setting new industry benchmarks in terms of quality and taste.
The Cargills Finest range was a huge success story at last year's Hilton Oktoberfest, and was another project spearheaded by Stefan.
